Pat was so much fun to work with. She has a full time corporate job but she is also a chef and a bass player for a rock band as well. This was the mix I played around with when I designed her wedding gown. She didn't want a traditional veil and she wanted something playful and fun for her reception. Her friends would be playing throughout the night so they were expecting lots of dancing (moshpit-ting?) and drinking! Woohoo!
I designed a gown that had a detachable hood in place of a veil. Soft silk chiffon ruffles cascaded from the hood and around the tiered skirt that fluttered as she moved.
I knew the party started once the entourage started walking down the aisle. The choir sang a mash up of The Beatles "All You Need Is Love" and U2's "One". Rock for your wedding march, I love it! My kind of music!
